Matt LaFleur, CPA grew up in church and took stock of all things business operations, finance, politics (unfortunately), and board/trustee governance. After high school, he attended & graduated from the University of Notre Dame. Shortly thereafter he started his career in public accounting with one of the big four, and then moved on to ministry work in and for large churches and Christian schools.

His primary interest in finance and accounting stems from his natural gifts and his innate ability to leverage data, dollars, and other drivers, through effective communication and warm relationships, to enable churches to become the best versions of themselves. Nothing makes him more satisfied than helping ministry partners to get farther faster, undergirded by a deep and growing understanding and true value-add dimension insofar as it pertains to business acumen, strategic planning, and Godly stewardship.
